Job Description

Job Summary Marden Rehabilitation provides home health services in local assisted living facilities and our patients' homes. Our goal is to provide patient-focused care with dignity, respect, and compassion. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background while demonstrating exceptional patient care. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality nursing care in a home health settings. As an RN, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care for the duration of their care with us. What to Expect

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in health status.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
  • Provide catheter, ostomy, and wound care management.
  • Supervise LPN staff Experience & Requirements
  • Two year nursing experience, preferred
  • Exhibits strong work ethic and reliability in fulfilling job duties and supporting team objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with exceptional time management skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such Homecare Homebase is a plus.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and best documentation practices.
  • Experience with home health care or community health settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oasis documentation procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Must complete a background check
  • Must complete and pass a drug test
  • Must have or complete a TB test Certifications and Licenses
  • Ohio Registered Nursing License
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay:
Up to $130.00 per hour
