Required Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in Ohio (must be current before start) BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required) Demonstrated ICU experience, especially in Cardiac Intensive Care preferred Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac ICU Monitor, assess, and document patient status with diligence and accuracy Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Administer medications, manage complex equipment, and respond to emergencies competently Educate patients and families, supporting them through critical care treatment and recovery
