Schedule/Hours:
Flexible shifts available, to be discussed during the interview (0700-1530, 0900-1730, 1100-1930, 1500-2300, 2300-0730) Rotating weekends, holidays, and call required
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience Active Ohio RN license BLS Certification (American Heart Association only) Ability to circulate and scrub in multiple specialties (General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, Robotics) Experience with Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook Physical capacity to sit, stand, walk, and lift with assistance throughout the shift
Preferred:
Level I trauma experience, CNOR certification
Core Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive perioperative care by circulating and scrubbing in various surgical service lines Collaborate closely with surgical teams and anticipate patient and surgeon needs Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols Utilize advanced healthcare technology for efficient workflow
