Critical Care Nurse Educator (RN)

We're currently seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse Educator (RN) to join our Education Department at our Galion location . Position Overview Provides assistance with the operational and educational activities. Consults with clinical educators, staff, physicians, and the Directors of Nursing on the organization's educational requirements to ensure patient and staff needs are met. Assists with developing educational policies and procedures. Serves as a resource person to staff and management.

Qualifications Required:

Current state of Ohio Registered Nurse license. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or currently enrolled and will obtain within 6 months). BLS and ACLS certification. Minimum of 3 years critical care clinical nursing experience required.

Preferred:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a clinical educator. PALS certification. Certified as a BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor. CCRN certification. Why Join the Avita Health System Team?
