Schedule/Hours:
12-hour night shifts 13-week assignment

Qualifications:
Active RN license in Ohio or compact state Minimum 1 year of RN experience (6 months acute care preferred) BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Dysrhythmia assessment (study guide provided) Neuro/stroke experience strongly preferred Critical thinking and adaptation skills in high-stress situations
EPIC EHR
familiarity preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, create and evaluate plans of care Administer advanced cardiac drips and support neuro/stroke protocols Safely deliver consciousness sedation, monitor cardiac and respiratory status, and utilize hemodynamic monitoring Facilitate patient/family education and serve as patient advocate Prioritize rapid and evidence-based interventions Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care transitions Champion safety, quality, and patient-focused best practices
