Cherish Hospice is seeking a On Call Registered Nurse (RN) in the Canton Area. Responsibilities of an
On Call RN:
Covering incoming calls and making necessary patient visits and admissions Assessing clients' physical and mental wellness, needs, preferences and abilities and using these to develop tailored care plans Working with clients, family and friend support networks and health care professionals to put care plans in place Listening to clients' concerns and providing counseling or intervention as required Recording clients' progress including charting referrals, home visits and other notable interactions Travel as necessary to service patients in their residence of care, which includes home, assisted living facilities, long term care facilities, and hospitals. Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Include, but are not limited to: RN License (Required) Driver's License (Required) BLS Certification (Preferred)
Hospice or Home Health:
1 year (Preferred) Hospice and Palliative Medicine (Preferred)
