The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have the necessary skills to provide high-quality nursing support in various settings, including medical-surgical, urgent care, and operating room environments. As an LPN/RN you will play a vital role in patient assessment, treatment, and education while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Monitor and record vital signs of patients, ensuring accurate documentation. Assist in discharge planning by educating patients and families on post-care instructions. Administer injections and medications as prescribed by physicians. Conduct sonography procedures as required for patient assessments. Support patients in urgent care situations by providing timely interventions. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Also seeking LPN supervisors, pay up to $40/hr Requirements Valid LPN /RN license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles. Experience administering injections is preferred. Familiarity with discharge planning processes is a plus. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as urgent care or operating rooms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
