Our mission is to empower our clients by offering compassionate care and support tailored to their unique needs. Summary We are seeking a skilled RN / Nurse Trainer to join our team in Canton, OH. The RN works three days per week with a total of 24 hours per week. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for training Direct Support Professional staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for individuals with disabilities. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Provide ongoing education on best practices in patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Oversee Quality Assurance reviews for medication management. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Strong knowledge of patient care standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Ability to train staff effectively.
