5 Hours/Week) Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy outpatient physician office in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves direct patient care, clinical support, chronic disease management, patient education, and coordination of care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with patient assessments, injections, diabetes management, EMR documentation, lab and imaging follow-up, and insurance-related processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient interviews and clinical assessments while documenting findings in EMR Obtain vital signs, weight, and assist physicians during patient examinations Administer IM and SQ injections and perform physician-directed clinical procedures Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, procedures, and chronic disease management Respond to patient phone triage and follow up on lab and imaging results per physician instructions Support insurance-related processes including prior authorizations, medication appeals, FMLA, and disability documentation Maintain emergency preparedness equipment including crash carts and defibrillators Accurately document patient care, procedures, and education in the EMR system Assist with EMR workflows including messaging, task management, chart preparation, and disease management Provide diabetes education and chronic disease support as needed Follow all nursing standards, office protocols, and safety guidelines Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development Required Qualifications Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required Diploma in Nursing required Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required Experience with patient assessments, injections, lab/imaging follow-up, and EMR documentation Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in an outpatient physician office setting For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
