Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

Contract assignment Flexible shifts may be available, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide compassionate support to patients and their families, ensuring clear communication throughout the care process Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety Adhere to hospital and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines
