Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license (valid in Ohio or compact state) Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary operating room Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide expert perioperative care during cardiovascular surgeries Circulate and/or scrub in CVOR procedures as part of a skilled surgical team Monitor patient status throughout surgical interventions Anticipate surgeon's needs and maintain strict aseptic technique Participate in pre- and post-operative assessments and documentation
