The practice is a Top 50 Allergan account nationally. Why This Role Stands Out Built-in patient base from day one. You step into an established book at a high-volume location, not a cold start where you spend a year building demand. Top 50 Allergan account nationally. The injectable volume is already there. Uncapped production bonus on collections. No ceiling, no caps, no resets. Total compensation of $200,000+ is very realistic for an experienced injector. The lead injector seat. Clinical autonomy and ownership of the patient experience, not a staff injector slot at a chain medspa. Premium laser and energy-based device platform beyond injectables, expanding what you can offer and what you can earn. A modern clinic environment with advanced injection training, CEU support, and a real path to lead, preceptor, and clinical leadership roles as the practice expands into new markets. Compensation Base salary of $125,000+ Uncapped production bonus tied to collections Total compensation of $200,000+ is realistic for experienced injectors Advanced injection training and CEU support Malpractice coverage What You Will Do Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Deliver laser and energy-based treatments Conduct consultations and build individualized treatment plans Build and retain a personal patient book, starting from an established patient base on day one Collaborate with clinic leadership on guest experience and clinical standards What You Bring Active Ohio APRN license and national NP board certification Hands-on aesthetic injection experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers (required) Full-time availability (required) Experience with laser and energy-based devices preferred A patient-first approach and a commitment to natural, high-quality outcomes Growth The practice is expanding across multiple markets.
