Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$65.76/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Certification, licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care for oncology and hematology patients, including those with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and other blood disorders Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion protocols Monitor telemetry, interpret arrhythmias, and respond to patient needs using rapid response teams Manage central lines, PICC lines, and dressing changes Care for and educate patients on feeding tubes, blood products, and respiratory support Document patient care accurately using EPIC or similar electronic charting systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes What You Need Active RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hematology/oncology nursing experience, with chemo certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Chemotherapy certification mandatory; ACLS preferred Proficiency in MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry), dysrhythmia interpretation, and infusion management Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and respond to patient needs efficiently About the Assignment This contract position is based in the oncology and mixed acuity PCU and MS unit at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus. The unit handles complex hematology cases, including stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapies. Night shifts operate from 19:00 to 07:30, with schedules reviewed every 4 weeks.
