Job Description

Join Our Team as an ER Holding Registered Nurse and Make a Difference in Patient Care! Are you a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse ready to take on a vital role in a dynamic emergency department setting? As an ER Holding Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient stabilization and coordination, ensuring swift and effective care for diverse patient populations. What You'll Need:
Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, particularly in telemetry, stepdown, or ER nursing Strong skills in telemetry and dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and cardiac care Ability to manage vasoactive drips, renal failure protocols, and blood product administration Excellent skills in tracheostomy care, wound management, and airway support (CPAP/BIPAP) Proficiency with EPIC documentation and rapid response protocols Exceptional critical thinking and multitasking abilities Compassionate bedside manner with excellent communication skills Nice to
Have:
Experience with non-invasive ventilation management Knowledge of ICU or specialized care units Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support or critical care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred At least 2 years of critical care, telemetry, or emergency department experience
Other Requirements:
