$59.18 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric oncology patients across all phases of treatment Monitor telemetry and interpret telemetry data to assess patient status Administer chemotherapy and medications per protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care Follow infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and transitions of care Floating to other MedSurg Oncology units as needed What You Need Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in oncology or med/surg units Knowledge of telemetry interpretation and monitoring Ability to self-schedule and adapt to unit needs Strong communication skills and attention to detail About the Assignment This assignment is in a comprehensive oncology unit caring for patients with various solid tumor cancers from diagnosis through end-of-life care. The unit emphasizes infection control and patient safety, providing a vital service to the community. The role involves night shifts with variable scheduling and requires adaptability, teamwork, and clinical expertise.
