Pay Rate:
$59.18/hour

Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, medical benefits, referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care to adult oncology and med-surg patients using evidence-based protocols. Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to emergent patient needs. administer medications, blood products, and manage IV access including ports, PICC lines, and arterial lines. Assist with invasive procedures such as chest tube insertions/removals and manage high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC). Use specialized equipment like GE telemetry monitors, bladder scanners, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans. Maintain infection prevention and fall prevention protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity based on staffing needs and patient care demands.
What You Need Required:
Ohio RN license BCLS certification Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical and oncology RN experience
EPIC EHR
experience Ability to interpret cardiac dysrhythmias and manage complex IV and line procedures
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing experience in similar settings About the Assignment This assignment is located at a leading medical center in Columbus, Ohio, where you'll support a dedicated oncology and med-surg unit serving adult patients requiring comprehensive care for malignancies, treatment side effects, and comorbidities.
