We are currently seeking experienced, professional, and self-motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our expanding network of independent contractors serving patients throughout the Columbus and Cincinnati metropolitan areas. Position Summary As an Independent Contractor Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes while maintaining a high standard of clinical care and professionalism. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and agency guidelines Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as required Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately and timely Educate patients and family members regarding disease management and treatment plans Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards Qualifications Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred (home health experience is a plus) Current CPR certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time Why Join Comfort Home Healthcare LLC?
