Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microdermabrasion Chemical peel RN License RN experience Driver's License Med spa experience Nursing Full Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced and confident Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join their network as a Travel Clinical Educator. This is a travel-based clinical leadership role. The selected candidate will train newly hired providers, mentor existing nurses, support new location launches, and help ensure consistent treatment protocols and patient care standards across multiple spa locations. Training begins in Florida with onboarding and protocol immersion. After training is completed, the candidate will be deployed to assigned locations, with company-approved travel arrangements handled and fully covered by the organization. What the Candidate Will Do Train newly hired nurses entering the aesthetic and med spa field Mentor existing clinical teams on advanced treatment protocols Provide hands-on education and technique refinement Deliver structured in-person training during travel assignments Provide virtual training sessions when working remotely between deployments Support new location launches and help providers become clinically prepared Reinforce company protocols, treatment standards, and patient care expectations Collaborate with location leadership, HR, and clinical operations teams Serve as a clinical leader and professional example for each team supported Services and Modalities the Candidate May Train On Cryo slimming and cryo toning Radio frequency and fractional RF Microneedling Chemical peels LED light therapy Microcurrent Dermaplaning Hydrodermabrasion Exosome-based treatments Other non-invasive aesthetic and skincare modalities Schedule and Assignment Structure 5 days per week, 40 hours total Sunday availability is required Travel assignments may last up to 2 months per deployment Some assignments may include more than one spa location within the same region Time between assignments may vary based on business needs When not traveling, the candidate may support online training or work scheduled in-person hours at a nearby clinic, depending on location and availability
Compensation and Travel Coverage Hourly Pay:
$25-$30 per hour, based on experience and clinical background
Company-Covered Travel Includes:
Round-trip flights Rental car during assignment Gas and fuel Lodging and accommodations Travel coordination through the company's internal team Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN or APRN license Experience in aesthetic or medical spa nursing Strong communication, mentorship, and clinical leadership skills Willingness to travel for assignments of up to 2 months at a time Valid driver's license Valid personal credit card in the candidate's own name for rental car arrangements and travel logistics Professional appearance, polished communication style, and commitment to clinical excellence Preferred Qualifications Multi-state Nursing Compact license Experience training, mentoring, or educating clinical teams Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic modalities Experience supporting clinic launches or multi-location operations Ability to adapt quickly to new teams, environments, and clinic cultures Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic RN or APRN who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and traveling. This person should be confident, professional, organized, and comfortable leading clinical teams in different locations.
