Job Description

Choose Your Clinical Environment The Primary Care Track:
08:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday routine. The Acute Care Tracks (Inpatient Pacing): For nurses who prefer the rhythm of the hospital floor, our 24/7 units (ICU, Emergency Room, Med-Surg, and Telemetry) offer dynamic, high-yield assignments utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring and rapid-turnover interventions. Core Responsibilities Provide exceptional direct and indirect nursing care utilizing independent clinical judgment. Contribute to comprehensive patient assessments, determine clinical priorities, and implement targeted nursing measures. Partner with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, social workers, therapists) to ensure complete continuity of care. Evaluate therapeutic objectives and pivot patient care plans dynamically based on outcomes. What You Bring to the
Unit Experience Baseline:
Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience within the past three (3) years.
Versatility:
Background in at least one core area: Primary Care, Med-Surg, Telemetry/Cardiac Monitoring, ICU, or ER.
Certifications:
Active, current BLS certification (AHA).
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
