Key Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Familiarity with diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, patient monitoring, and device management Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to a new clinical environment quickly
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing EP studies and ablation procedures Assist with device implantation, monitoring, and post-procedure assessment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate patient education Vigilantly advocate for patient safety and quality standards in fast-paced environments
