This dynamic unit requires registered nurses adept in monitoring invasive intracranial pressures, conducting frequent neurological checks, managing sophisticated hemodynamic parameters, and coordinating with imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and Angio.

Schedule/Hours:

Straight Weekend Block:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts

Key Qualifications:

RN with current, active license Demonstrated Neuro ICU nursing experience required Proficient in caring for patients requiring invasive ICP monitoring, frequent neuro assessments, and advanced hemodynamic support Experienced in acute neurosurgical and neurological patient management Comfortable working with a 2-3:1 patient assignment in a high-acuity setting Willingness and flexibility to float to other ICU or step-down units as needed Strong critical thinking, time management, and collaborative communication skills
