Schedule/Hours:

Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Strong medical-surgical nursing background BLS certification Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt to changes and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting Willingness and capability to assume charge duties as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide direct medical-surgical nursing care to diverse patient populations Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Rotate into charge nurse responsibilities as needed, with opportunity for training and shadowing Support a positive, respectful work environment that upholds the highest standards of patient safety and care
