Schedule/Hours:
Travel-based assignment; full-time Flexible shifts to maximize work-life balance
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Conduct thorough assessments, patient monitoring, and critical interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications, manage advanced medical equipment, and support patients and families during complex situations Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, contributing to an environment of clinical excellence and best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license (mandatory) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (mandatory) Recent experience in an ICU setting, preferably with cardiac patients Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
