Job responsibilities of our Nurses include but are not limited to the following: Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates) Provides services as indicated on resident treatment and service plans Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as may be requested. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans, record and sign their orders, progress notes, etc., in accordance with established policies. Complete accident/incident reports as necessary Other duties as assigned
