Pediatric Nurse - Full Time

Hilliard Pediatrics is looking for a friendly, dedicated registered nurse (RN) or license practical nurse (LPN) to join our busy, family-oriented pediatric practice. Our practice has been serving the Hilliard community for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our patients while maintaining work-life balance for our staff. This position is full time with a set 4 days/per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri) with an additional rotating Saturday morning half shift every 4-5 weeks. This position averages 32.5hrs/week. In addition to the regular schedule, staff are asked to cover 2-3 flu/COVID vaccine clinics in the Fall. No major Holidays. Typical schedule is 8:45am - 5:15pm with an early day (arrive at 7:45am and leave at 5:15p) and a late shift (arrive at 8:45am and leave when pts are finished, usually by 6pm).

Responsibilities include:

obtaining vital signs, gathering pertinent health history, administering vaccines, running basic laboratory tests, and providing medical advice to parents. Additional duties as assigned. All staff get a guaranteed 30-minute lunch. We are conveniently located near the highway and have parking available behind our office. Staff start earning paid-time off at 6 months of employment. •Sign-on Bonus•We are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The first half will be paid at the completion of orientation and the second half will be paid after 6 months of employment.
