Qualifications and Required Experience:

Active, unrestricted RN license. Minimum one year of recent ICU nursing experience. Proficient in monitoring and caring for patients with critical conditions. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required). Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care to ICU patients, including assessments, medication administration, and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Accurately document patient status, interventions, and response to treatment. Respond to emergencies, initiate life-saving measures, and provide post-procedure care. Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and recovery processes. Handle advanced medical equipment and maintain infection control standards.
