Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with our client to hire a

• Travel RN
• in Lancaster, OH area. This is an in-person/on-site role providing care in patients' homes within the surrounding service area.

• Type:

• 3-month contract (with possibility of extension)

• Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate
• : $53-$55.90/hour, depending on experience

• Coverage Areas:

• Muskingum, Licking and Fairfield counties

• Mileage:

• Mileage reimbursed

• Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Provide patient care in the home for home health patients in the field.
• Manage patient cases and follow the care plan for each patient.
• Experience in Hospice preferred
• Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed.
• Educate patients on medications, including how to take them safely and correctly.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the care team or physician.
• Document all care, updates, and patient progress in the EMR system (Homecare Homebase if used).

• Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required and active in the state of practice.
• Prior home health/hospice experience required.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system strongly preferred.
• Home Health experience required

• Pay Details:

• $53.
