Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$53.60 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Monitor and assess patient health status on Med Surg/Telemetry units Administer medications and treatments following physician orders Document patient care activities accurately and timely Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care Assist in training and supporting non-RN staff such as LPNs and PCTs Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times What You Need Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification At least 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment About the Assignment You will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a bustling hospital setting.
