The Hydration Station is Cincinnati's premier destination for medically managed beauty and health. We are seeking a high-caliber Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) who excels at delivering a 360-degree patient experience. At The Hydration Station, we prioritize comprehensive care over transactional treatments. You will act as a clinical consultant, conducting in-depth aesthetic assessments, designing multi-modality treatment plans, and curating medical-grade retail regimens to ensure optimal, long-term results.

Key Responsibilities Advanced Injectables:

Perform precision treatments using Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Sculptra , along with expert dermal filler applications for lip, chin, and cheek contouring.

Clinical Skin Treatments:

Administer advanced rejuvenation services, including Microneedling (with PRP/PRF and PDGF) , DiamondGlow microdermabrasion, and VI Chemical Peels .

Comprehensive Consultations:

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop customized 6-to-12-month aesthetic blueprints.

Integrative Recommendations:

Educate patients on the synergy between skin health and internal wellness, cross-referring to our IV Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, and HRT programs when appropriate.

Retail Excellence:

Build and recommend customized medical-grade skincare routines to enhance and protect clinical treatment outcomes.

Safety & Documentation:

Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety, aseptic technique, and detailed medical charting.

Requirements Licensure:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical aesthetics (neurotoxins and fillers) is highly preferred.

Consultative Skills:

Proven ability to build comprehensive treatment packages and maintain high retail conversion rates through patient education.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal skills with a confident, professional, and transparent communication style.
