Excellent Benefits Package Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care. Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
