- Convenient Care Office
- Full Time Monday
- Friday 8:30am to 7:00 pm Saturday
- Sunday 8:30am
- 3:00pm. 4-day work week that includes rotating Weekends. Closed on National Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Comprehensive Benefits Package

Deliver compassionate and convenient care to the highest level of excellence that promotes lifelong health and wellness for our community Under the direction of the physician/provider, provides nursing care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Clinical Duties (may include, but not limited to): Taking medical histories- documenting completely and accurately in the EMR Preparing patients for examinations and as needed assisting the medical provider during examinations Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens including urine, swabs, blood, or other as required Performing basic in-office procedures such as ear cleanings or other minor clinical procedures at the direction of the medical providers Performing basic Point of Care testing such as finger stick and urine dip Providing education and instruction to the patient based on the medical provider's assessment and plan.
