36 Hours Per Week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patient status Requirements Minimum 18 Months of Recent Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry Experience Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in Hand AHA BLS Certification Required
AHA ACLS
Certification Required Strong Telemetry and Acute Care Experience Required For more details reach at
