Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful difference in patient care! In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing services across diverse clinical settings, ensuring each patient receives compassionate, comprehensive, and high-quality care. Your expertise will support patients' recovery, comfort, and well-being while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional health outcomes. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in acute and chronic care are valued and expanded. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual care needs. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and medical protocols. Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, suturing, wound care, dialysis support, and ventilator management. Coordinate discharge planning, patient education, and follow-up care to promote recovery at home or in long-term care settings. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing and interpreting results to inform treatment plans.
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
