Job Description
Timeless Medical is a growing wellness, longevity, and aesthetics studio in Solon focused on personalized health optimization. We combine functional medicine, regenerative technologies, IV therapy, and advanced wellness services to help clients look, feel, and perform at their best. We are seeking one Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor . This role is primarily centered around T-Shape II body contouring and skin tightening treatments. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with clients in longer treatment sessions, building relationships, educating clients, and helping clients achieve wellness and aesthetic goals. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse interested in wellness, longevity, aesthetics, and personalized medicine who wants to work in a client-focused environment outside of traditional hospital care. Primary Role Responsibilities T-Shape II treatments will be the primary focus of this position.
Responsibilities include:
Performing T-Shape II body contouring and skin tightening treatments Learning Timeless Medical treatment techniques and protocols for T-Shape II ( training provided ) Building relationships with clients during treatment sessions Helping clients stay engaged and motivated through treatment plans and packages Cleaning, resetting, and preparing treatment rooms and equipment between clients Providing an exceptional client experience Additional Responsibilities (Based on Clinic Needs) Depending on experience, training, and clinic volume, additional opportunities may include: Starting and managing IV therapy treatments Preparing and mixing IV bags according to provider protocols Administering vitamin injections Performing phlebotomy and collecting blood samples for functional medicine laboratory testing Operating HOCATT multi-modality wellness system ( training provided ) Learning and utilizing Jane App (our EMR and scheduling system) for charting and appointment management Educating clients on wellness services and confidently recommending treatments, packages, or products that support their goals Ideal Candidate We are looking for a nurse who: Has an active Registered Nurse (RN) license Enjoys working in a client-facing wellness environment Is personable, professional, and comfortable building relationships with clients Enjoys educating clients and helping them stay engaged in wellness plans Is motivated, dependable, and self-directed Has strong IV and phlebotomy skills ( preferred but not required for every shift ) Has sales, wellness, med spa, or client experience ( a bonus ) This role is best suited for nurses who enjoy working one-on-one with clients and helping them stay engaged in wellness and aesthetic programs. Schedule Expectations This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule .Typical schedule includes:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
approximately 8:00/9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Occasional evening shift: 6:00 PM
- 8:00 PM One weekend day: approximately 9:00 AM
- 4:00 PM Scheduling may vary slightly based on clinic demand and booked treatments.
Pay:
$30.00- $45.
