Call Shifts:
Varied, 10-11 days/month, Friday Afternoon through the next full week and weekend
Average Patients Per Day:
5-20
Key Requirements Licensure:
OH State License preferred
Certifications:
Board Certified (ANCC, AANP), ACLS required
Experience:
Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery preferred, Critical Care considered
Vaccination:
COVID Vaccination required
Other:
Self-Query NPDB report required at presentation
Credentialing Timeline:
