call Patient Volume Average 5 20 patients per day Patient Population Adult Geriatric Practice Environment Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery service

EMR:

Epic Additional Notes Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery experience preferred Critical care experience will be considered No new graduates Credentialing Estimated timeframe: days Temporary privileges potentially available in 45 days Requirements Board Certified required Ohio license preferred (must be able to obtain quickly if needed) ACLS required COVID vaccination required Cardiovascular thoracic surgery experience preferred Critical care experience may be considered No new graduates required Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) required at presentation
