Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year recent med-surg experience preferred Telemetry certification or proven proficiency strongly desired BLS/CPR certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to efficiently manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary care to med-surg and telemetry patients Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and report changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and use hospital-wide virtual nurse support Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR Educate patients and support families throughout care transitions
