• 5:00pm-11:00pm Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MSN-prepared Nurse Educator for a 12-week contract with the potential to transition into a permanent faculty role.

In this position, you'll guide nursing students through classroom instruction helping them build strong professional skills and confidence. What you'll do: Teach nursing theory and clinical skills in classroom Plan and deliver learning activities aligned with course and accreditation standards Provide timely feedback and individualized remediation when needed Collaborate with faculty, program leadership, and clinical partners Maintain compliance with program, regulatory, and clinical site requirements Incorporate real-world, evidence-based nursing practice into instruction Participate in curriculum review and program improvement efforts What we're looking for: MSN required Active, unencumbered RN license (Ohio or multistate privilege) Minimum 2 years RN clinical experience Prior teaching or clinical instruction experience Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email) Current CPR and required immunizations Why work at Alto?
