Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking an experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide health assessments, medication education, and direct client care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role will also coordinate Spravato® treatments, including patient scheduling, monitoring, and follow-up care. Join a team dedicated to providing quality mental health, addiction treatment, and primary care services throughout Northwest Ohio.
Key Responsibilities and Role Highlights:
Maintains organization of Med Room. Reviews schedules and ensures that charts and medications are set-up for each physician daily. Provides emergency first aid to clients. Acts as liaison between physician and other caregivers. Obtains health assessment for new clients.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Requires associate degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one-year clinical experience in a hospital setting is required. Previous psychiatric experience is preferred. This position requires current RN license from the State of Ohio. Certification as a psychiatric nurse is preferred. Must demonstrate comfort in interacting with individuals with mental illness. Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals. Must establish and maintain effective working relationships. Must have excellent customer service skills.
