Hours Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, monitor telemetry patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans Monitor cardiac telemetry and recognize changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols Participate in emergency response and patient care interventions as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Minimum 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Strong telemetry monitoring and patient assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment Licensure /

Certification:

Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required AHA BLS Certification required

AHA ACLS

Certification required

Additional Requirements:

Must work at least every other holiday ECG Rhythm Recognition Test required during orientation SafeMedicate assessment required during orientation For more details reach at
