Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Ohio or compact state license At least one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred) Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills Adaptability to new environments and electronic medical record systems
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit Administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor patient status Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans Maintain accurate charting to ensure continuity of care Uphold high standards in compliance and patient safety
