We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, confident in advanced injectable treatments, committed to natural-looking results, and dedicated to creating a luxurious client experience from consultation to follow-up care. This role is perfect for an injector who values artistry, integrity, education, and meaningful client relationships while thriving in a collaborative and high-standard environment. Position Type Part-Time Flexible scheduling options available Qualifications Active NP license in the state of Ohio Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers required Knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practices Strong consultation and treatment planning skills Passion for continuing education and advanced aesthetic techniques Professional, polished, and client-centered demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Preferred Experience Experience with the following is considered a strong asset: Biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse) PRP/PRF treatments Microneedling and regenerative aesthetics Full-face balancing and comprehensive treatment planning Luxury client experience and relationship building Social media content participation and patient education Responsibilities Perform safe, customized injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, pre/post care, and long-term skin health Maintain accurate and detailed charting/documentation Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards Deliver exceptional client care with professionalism and warmth Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent results Collaborate with the EG Aesthetics team to support practice growth and client retention Participate in trainings, team meetings, and continued education opportunities Contribute to a positive, elevated, and welcoming practice culture What We Value at EG Aesthetics Natural, refined aesthetic outcomes Integrity and ethical treatment recommendations Client education and empowerment Attention to detail and elevated service Ongoing growth and advanced education A supportive and collaborative team culture Compensation & Benefits Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and service performance.
