Role:

As an MDS Nurse , you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate assessments of our patients' medical, social, and psychological needs. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Your expertise in gerontological nursing will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and driving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
