Registered Nurse (RN) Restorative Nurse 3245 Vestal Road, Youngstown, OH 44509 Full-time Full-time Omni Manor a skilled nursing facility is seeking a hardworking dedicated
Restorative RN Restorative RN Day Shift Restorative RN Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Restorative/Rehabilitation Program in the Facility under Medical direction and the Director of Nursing/Head Nurse. Develops programs in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary team and Plan of Care to restore/maintain residents to the highest functioning level. Completes admission restorative assessment on new admissions and re-admissions. Completes the restorative sections of the MDS, writing new plan of care as triggered on MDS. Maintain documentation on all residents in the Restorative Program to meet State requirements. Attends the Interdisciplinary Patient Care Conference; completes quarterly reviews of all residents in the Restorative Program. Supervises nursing assistants' activities in the Restorative program and monitors resident's response to therapy writing quarterly progress notes per RN. Assists residents, as needed in all areas of the program; as resident is evaluated, assessed and program carried out. Responsible for assessing residents for need of assistive devices. Required to perform all functions/duties of RN as appropriate to position. Daily Pay (Powered by PNC) Tuition Reimbursement / Loan Repayment assistance Restorative RN Qualifications Must be a RN in the State of Ohio. Must have one-year experience in a long-term care supervisory position with a background in restorative nursing. Good assessment skills are required.
