(EPIC remote hospice training required) Hospice experience Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance for homecare Work setting: Hospice inpatient unit and hospice homecare Shift details: 36 hours/week Night schedule: 1 inpatient night 7:00 PM-7:30 AM; 2 homecare nights 7:30 PM-8:00 AM Every third weekend required No on-call requirements Primary responsibilities: Provide hospice/palliative nursing care in both inpatient and homecare settings Document care in
EPIC EMR
Coordinate patient care and communicate with interdisciplinary team Comply with agency policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
