Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability to new technologies and protocols Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor patient status and provide comprehensive care throughout procedures Collaborate with surgeons, technologists, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility compliance standards Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
