AM Experience:
24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:
In addition to a valid driver's license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. •EKG Course/Telemetry test required.
Shift & Scheduling:

5 days or less.•6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule.
Unit Details:
•Adult patient population.
Floating Requirements:
•Will float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities. 5 days maximum time off.
