Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide accurate coding of the MDS for services delivered to residents to assure accurate care of our residents. Ensure that needed resources are available for quality care can be delivered to all residents Coordinate the development of a written care plan and assessment for each resident and review and revise as appropriate.
Requirements:
Must have a current Oklahoma RN or LPN license Must have Long Term Care experience 1 - 2 years MDS experience preferred Must be knowledgeable of long-term care nursing and medical practices and procedures
