Job Description

Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village is seeking a full time RN Field Nurse.
  • Case managing clients needs
  • Coordinating with Clients, Team members, and Physicians.
  • Oasis and Advantage Assessment as needed.
  • RN licensed in the State of Oklahoma
  • 1 Year experience preferred
  • Home health Oasis experience a plus but willing to train the right individual.
  • Advantage Experience preferred.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
