Lawton, OK Shift:
Days, 7:00AM- 7:00PM, 36 hours a week
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation Administer medications and treatments accurately, including IV infusions and injections, following aseptic techniques Monitor patients' responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans Document all patient interactions and clinical data accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such asEpic or Cerner Requirements:
